The application
A bronze-coloured patterned web is routed through a compact guide assembly in this customer installation. The material path, guide rollers and local control panel are visible together within the machine frame.
KRD in the machine
The installation includes a KRD ultrasonic edge sensor and a KRD edge/line position controller. The sensor is mounted at the material edge; the controller is positioned below the guide rollers, placing the local guiding interface alongside the assembly.
Installation layout
The wider view establishes the guide assembly within the material route. The panel view identifies the KRD controller, and the edge detail shows the ultrasonic sensor's mounting position beside the patterned web.
