Position control along a reflective-web path

A KRD EPC-A12 mounted beside the roller path connects the application view to the controller location and web-edge sensing hardware.

The application

A reflective web follows a route through parallel rollers in this customer machine. Sensing hardware is mounted close to the material edge, while the control cabinet sits alongside the roller section.

KRD in the machine

The cabinet contains a KRD EPC-A12 web guide controller. Its machine-side position places the guiding interface near the material path, with local access for controller setup and operation.

Installation layout

The overview shows the cabinet and roller route together. The controller photograph identifies the installed EPC-A12, and the sensing detail shows where the sensing head sits relative to the web edge and roller surface.
