The application

Printed material passes through a series of parallel rollers in this customer machine. A sensing unit and local display are mounted above the material, placing the sensing point directly at the printed-web path.

KRD in the machine

The KRD EPC-A12 is installed in the machine-side cabinet. As the web-guiding controller, it provides the local interface for position-control setup and operation. The installation combines a cabinet-mounted interface with a sensing location close to the material.

Installation layout

The overall view places the sensing unit within the roller section. The controller view identifies the installed KRD product, while the final detail shows the sensor bracket and its position relative to the printed web.
