Three starting points for your roller layout

Use the installation drawing for each series to confirm shaft dimensions, mounting space and load direction before ordering.

LB60 Series Tension Sensor

LB60 Series

Cantilever mounting

For single-side cantilever roller machines. Start here when the roller is supported from one side.

Check the roller connection, web path and rated load. Confirm the listed 10VDC excitation and 2mV/V signal with your controller or amplifier.

LC Series Tension Sensor

LC Series

Shaft-through mounting

For idler or live roller arrangements using a shaft-through detector. The series supports machine-frame or base-plate mounting.

Check shaft fit, fixing dimensions and load direction. Confirm the listed 10VDC excitation and 2mV/V signal before connecting.

Before You Select

Check the load, installation and signal together

01 / Load and web path

Share the target tension range, roller weight, web wrap and load direction. Rated sensor load must be checked against the forces at the measuring roller.

02 / Mounting dimensions

Check shaft diameter, fixing holes, bearing arrangement and available space. A machine photo or drawing helps identify which mounting style fits.

03 / Electrical compatibility

Confirm excitation voltage, output type, wiring and the receiving controller or amplifier. Select the complete signal chain before connecting the sensor.
