Product Overview

EPC-A10 is an edge/line position controller for web converting lines. It uses a high-speed 32-bit CPU and variable PI algorithm to deliver high guiding accuracy and fast response.

Function Features

  1. Supports line guiding, edge guiding, and center guiding modes.
  2. Compatible with photoelectric, ultrasonic, and CCD sensors.
  3. Smart sensor parameter detection; no sensor calibration required in most environments.
  4. Automatic stroke measurement without mechanical limit switches.
  5. Variable PI algorithm with integral anti-overshoot for higher precision and lower error.
  6. Ultra-high response speed: 500 microseconds (0.5 ms).
  7. 12-bit AD sampling for analog sensor signals, up to 700,000 samples/s.
  8. RR digital filter and hysteresis filter for stronger anti-interference and stable signals.
  9. DC servo motor drives ball screw mechanism.
  10. All system status parameters are stored with power-off memory.
  11. Stores 10 parameter groups for different materials; fast material switching.
  12. Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese / English menu operation.
  13. Humanized one-key calibration for quick setup.
  14. Supports Modbus bus communication with PLC/HMI network control.
  15. Comprehensive anti-disturbance design to reduce static, radiation, and noise effects.
